What data we collect

Through our contact and experience forms we receive the data you choose to give us: name, email address, the content of your message and, if you attach them, 3D files or images.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no tools that identify visitors. Your browser only stores your language preference, locally.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and coordinate your order. We send no advertising, share your data with no third parties and never sell it.

Your files are used only to produce your order. We do not publish or reuse them and, if you need it, we sign a confidentiality agreement.

Where it is stored and for how long

The forms are delivered through the FormSubmit service and arrive in our email. We keep the correspondence while the order is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, to handle warranty cases and repeat orders. If you want your data or files deleted earlier, write to us and we will.

Your rights

Under Chile’s data protection law (Ley 19.628), you can request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data at any time. An email to hola@articulos3d.cl is enough.

Terms of service

Quotes are free and non-binding. The price, lead time and payment terms of each order are set out in the corresponding quote. We issue boleta or factura (Chilean tax receipts and invoices).

Liability

We manufacture each part according to the model approved by the customer. Verifying that a part is fit for its intended use — particularly in structural, mechanical or safety-relevant applications — is the customer’s responsibility.

If a printing defect is attributable to our process, we reprint the part at no cost. Our liability is limited to the value of the order; we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the parts.

Governing law

This site and our services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago de Chile.
